Requirements
- Degree Graduate with excellent academic achievements in any of O / A levels / University
- At least 1 year of teaching experience for secondary math
- Commitment to work on both weekends (Sat-Wed working days)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to engage students
- Consistency of going above and beyond to support students
- Commitment to mastery of craft with a coachable feedback-driven mindset
- High self-awareness, humility and adaptability
- Eagerness to document and build processes for automation or future talents under your management
Responsibilities:
- Execute lesson plan given by curriculum team to meet learning outcomes
- Design, test and refine teaching explanations to make concepts simpler
- Teach, engage and inspire 10 lower sec math classes per week (15-20 students each class)
- 1-1 student coaching to unlock motivation or resolve learning gaps
- Mark, track and provide feedback of students’ tests to parents through our software (marking will be AI assisted in a few months)
- Feedback and collaborate with curriculum developer to improve lesson plan
- Consistently learn and integrate best teaching practices into our teaching systems
