    Requirements 

    • Fresh Graduate with excellent academic achievements in O / A levels / University 
    • Prior experience in teaching – either formal experience (e.g. teaching in learning centres or 1-1 tuition) or volunteering experience (e.g. coaching students through after-school programmes).
    • Commitment to work on both weekends (Sat & Sun)
    • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills to engage students
    • Commitment to mastery of craft with a coachable feedback-driven mindset
    • High self-awareness, humility and adaptability

    You Will Be Trained To Take On These Responsibilities: 

    • Design, test and refine teaching explanations to make concepts simpler 
    • Teach, engage and inspire 10 lower sec math classes per week based on lesson plans (15-20 students each class)
    • 1-1 student coaching frameworks to resolve learning gaps or motivation 
    • Mark, track and provide feedback of students’ tests to parents through our software (AI assisted marking soon)
    • Feedback and collaborate with curriculum developer to improve lesson plan 
    • Consistently learn and integrate best teaching practices into our teaching systems
